HOW DOES RPM NUTRITION WORK?

Our goal is your success! We will sift through all the nutrition “white noise” and help get you on track. RPM’s coaching is done on a monthly basis and is designed to maximize your progress by utilizing proper strategy, coaching, nutrition education, and support.

Assessment/Consultation

This is where it all begins. Upon meeting we will discuss your goals and nutrition/diet  history. We will then get you on our  InBody 570 body fat analysis tool.  This will give us some baseline information such as your body weight, body fat, lean body mass, and muscle mass distribution. These numbers will all help calculate a nutrition plan that is designed to your exact measurements and needs.

Calorie/Macro/Exchange Template

These are going to be the basis of your program. The numbers from the InBody will help calculate a caloric intake and the range of macronutrients (carbs, protein, and fat) that will make up that intake. You will also get an exchange list of your macros. These will help you “plug and play” different foods into your diet that you want in your days. No ridiculous,overly restrictive food lists here.

Check-Ins

I will be with you every step of the way on your journey.  Ideally we will meet every 2-3 weeks to do InBody check-ins, Q&A, diet revisions if needed and plan out the next strategy to keep you progressing. Zoom check-ins are available as well if you can’t make it in person.

Email/Text Support

Every client will have access to their nutrition coach via text and email. Texts will need a lead time of 1 business day and emails a 2 business day response time.

His experience ranges from training eager beginners, weekend warriors, Olympic athletes, Fitness Models and just about everything in between. He understands that training his clients, while a great avenue to help guide them towards the goals they have, is only a piece of the equation to achieve those goals.
