Total Body

Join this class that’s designed to move you through a sculpting workout using dumbbells and your own body weight to exhaust every part of your body to a new level. This experience will not disappoint you!


The perfect blend of standing Pilates, ballet, sculpting and core work to improve your balance,strength, posture and flexibility. Emphasis is placed on high repetition and light weight exercises for muscle endurance.

Cardio Barre

Taking your traditional Barre class and adding some high energy to help boost your heart rate and your fat burn. This faster flow that will have your muscles shaking and your heart pumping.

Jump Rope

This is an interval training style class working your total body using a jump rope and weights-strengthening your heart, working your core and lower body to create a fun and efficient workout-Lets jump, sculpt, smile and repeat. If  you don’t know how to jump rope no worries, modifications will be given.

Boxing Bootcamp

Jab, cross, hook, kick; This class will bring out your inner fighter-bringing your heart rate up through cardio and sculpting the whole body with boxing, kickboxing, weights, abs and more. Are you ready to take the challenge?

Lean Body Burn

This is a Total body workout using weights, gliders, and medicine balls for a fat burning workout. Strength training mixed with bursts of cardio to keep your heart rate elevated and your body burning.

Dumbbell Conditioning

Strengthen and sculpt your entire body with this amazing weight training routine. We will condition and strengthen every muscle using different size dumbbells to sculpt the entire body.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are linked together in a flow like style to build heat in the body naturally from the inside out. Emphasis is placed on flexibility, strength and coordination.

Fierce Dance

Fierce Dance Fitness is a high energy, dance fitness class set to some of the best music you know including pop, hip hop, dancehall, and more! The moves repeat at the same parts of the music so it’s easy to catch on! It’s not about being the best dancer in the room…it’s about feeling the music and letting go! Fierce Dance Fitness is a feel-good workout that doesn’t feel like a workout!
