The 4-Week Mental Fitness Training Program at THE GYM will give you all the tools necessary to train your mind toward actual happiness. It will give you practical, down-to-earth practices and exercises to help you experience a steadiness of mind through the inevitable ups and downs we all go through. It will help you reframe your entire life allowing you to cultivate resilience, wisdom, and compassion.

Here’s How It Works

WEEK 1

FULLY ARRIVE

Week 1 will teach you how to fully arrive. Your life is NOW. This is it! There is no other time, no other place. If you can’t be at ease right now, with things just the way they are, when do you expect to feel that way?

WEEK 2

CONCENTRATE THE MIND

Week 2 teaches you how to concentrate the mind. A steady attention is necessary to go deeper into the practice, and allows you to cultivate the skill of letting go of thoughts, ideas, judgments, and expectations.

WEEK 3

MAKE FRIENDS WITH YOURSELF

Week 3 will show you how to make friends with yourself and your life. Through ancient practices of loving-kindness and compassion we learn how to bring an unconditional friendliness and warmth to all aspects of experience.

WEEK 4

INTEGRATION

Week 4 sums the last three weeks up by teaching you ways to incorporate everything you’ve learned into every aspect of your life. How can each moment of your life be meditation? Join our 4-week program and we will show you!

Each session will include a brief lecture on the topic for that week, a guided meditation and time for Q&A.

Throughout the duration of this program, you will also have access to 28 guided meditations, one for each day of the 4 weeks. I encourage you to do one meditation a day, and dedicate yourself fully by consistently following along. If you’re worried about time, you’ll be happy to know that all but four of the guided meditations are only five minutes long.
