Jump! Rope Burn: This dynamite combination of cardio and strength is taught either in segments or interval style. The instructor may incorporate jump ropes, cardio and step, to weights, bands, and body bars.
Cardio/Sculpt: Get your cardio done with some aerobics and finish off with some intense weight training. Have fun and enjoy this split combo class.
Lift, Leap and Lunge: Lift weights until you feel like you can’t. Leap across the floor using plyometric techniques. Perform lunges in every direction you can think of. Be prepared to be pushed to the limit!
