Through Dance your child will build confidence, self esteem and self discipline, while enjoying a wonderful learning experience and making new friends in a clean and friendly environment.  Your children will develop a positive attitude as they reach new levels of accomplishment; they will be able to face life's daily challenges with more self- assurance and enthusiasm. Here at THE GYM, children will learn the curriculum for their class; not so much on a strict level, but rather an effective and encouraging level taught in a friendly and fun atmosphere.  We feel it is necessary for your children to enjoy dance, and at the same time educate them so they will build confidence and passion needed for an enjoyable experience.  We hope you will join us and "Just Dance" !!!

Testimonials:

Melissa did a terrific job hosting Carly’s birthday party at THE GYM this past April.  She involved everyone in a hula hoop competition, dancing and other fun activities.  Using the soft room to serve snacks and the birthday cake worked out nicely.  The kids also loved the arts and crafts project of making custom designed hip-hop caps.

Carly has had each of her birthdays in a hired venue over the years. Her party at THE GYM was  even better than others, and made for a nice change of pace for the kids from the ordinary places parties generally occur.

Especially given all the positive feedback we received from both Carly’s guests and their parents, we’d highly suggest parents consider having their child’s party at THE GYM too!

 Sincerely

 Bruce & Michele Skop

My daughter has been dancing at THE GYM for the past two seasons, and absolutely loves it.  Being involved with dance myself, I know how important it is to have the right instructors and programs to keep a child coming back week after week.  She is learning creative dance movements and has definitely become more outgoing from taking the class. I love the fun atmosphere that has been created for the program at THE GYM; the children still learn all of their dance moves and technique but in a much more relaxed environment, which makes the children feel more comfortable.  I strongly recommend THE GYM’s Youth Dance Program to any parent, and I am so happy that my daughter enjoys taking class there.

My daughter has been taking dance with Melissa for two years now, and loves it!  She has gone from Hip Hop to Jazz and dances all over the house.  She especially loves to practice at home after each class; it’s nice to see that she enjoys taking class at THE GYM as much as she does.
