Trainers
Erick Alfonso "Perfect reps lead to
perfect sets and perfect sets lead to great workouts. This
is the formula to a successful transformation whether ones
goal is to lose weight, train for an event, or overall
wellness. I believe that every aspect of training is
imperative in its own way. My goal is to assist each and
every individual in making an everlasting lifestyle change.
Health and fitness are not hobbies or temporary changes that
are impossible to maintain. They are a way of life. We only
have one body; we must strive each and every day to make
positive strides. You deserve the BEST, never settle for
LESS."
Jerome Anderson "My fitness philosophy is to unleash the athlete
in each client with a tactical approach, guiding efficient
movement patterns, and to provide knowledge of the of the
body's potential – mainly to achieve a positive outcome."
Andrew Aranzamendez "My training philosophy, which is most important to
me, is increasing work capacity and high intensity training
with a good focus on technique. I insist that all clients
use good technique when throwing punches, kicks, knees,
elbows and all calisthenics. This reduces the chance of
injury and provides the most efficient movements in a safe
and fun environment. "
William Chavez "I look at exercise as a preventative medicine. I
provide a fun, safe, and effective fitness and nutritional
plan for each of my clients, to help them to reach their
goals and make fitness a more active part of their
lifestyle. Getting in shape and staying in shape takes hard,
consistent work. However, I implement as much fun and
variety into each session as I can."
Robert F "I believe that life is too short to be weak. If
you’re not working to get better and improve your body,
you’re getting worse. I challenge my clients to go hard or
go home."
Ken Herishen "I like clients to have a challenging workout and
also have some fun during their session. My experience as an
athlete and as a coach has a strong influence on my personal
training strategy with my clients."
Eric T. Horbatuck "Once a client’s goals and baseline fitness level
have been established, every subsequent training session is
geared towards helping that client achieve his or her
fitness potential in a safe and effective manner, whether
that be by improving quality of life, functionality in daily
activities, increasing athletic performance, or simply
promoting overall health and wellbeing."
Justin Kleeger "ith 10 years of experience in the industry, I have found that the best way to support my clients in reaching their goal is by combining several different components into my training philosophy. With emphasis on posture, flexibility, stability, strength, power and endurance, I have found that the fundamental aspects of an athlete’s makeup are the same found in that of an ordinary person, and therefore developed the same way.""
Hollye Kleiner "I believe in setting an example for my clients. I don’t make anyone do anything that I
wouldn’t do myself. I see all my clients as athletes and
strive to make each one the best athlete that he or she can
be. I am very particular about form and creating a full
body, integrated, and functional approach to exercise. I
truly believe that the most important element is for the
client to enjoy their workout and meet their goals, if that happens, then I have achieved my goal."
Ted Lemoine "Within
all of us lies the ability to be our best physically. I will
help you bring out the best you can be, through a
combination of strength, cardio, flexibility and balance
training. Feeling better physically leads to a stronger
mental attitude. The stronger your mental attitude, the
greater your chances of success in any venture in life. Feel
good by being stronger."
Glenn Manansala "Form,
intensity, and progressions are the essential elements of my
exercise programming method. I believe that any reasonable
goal is achievable with the proper programming and
discipline. There is a method to my programming madness; I
challenge the body with confidence in my creative exercise
selection and insight"
Rachel Miller "I assist my clients with patience and enthusiasm
to develop confidence, strength, balance, flexibility,
coordination, and endurance to enhance their overall health
and wellbeing. Using fun, varied, challenging multi-joint
exercises in a circuit style program, I place a strong
emphasis on proper form as well as focusing on core and
balance training. Since consistency is the key to achieving
fitness goals, I do my best to design each workout to be
different to eliminate boredom and to constantly challenge
my clients so they look forward to their next session."
Victor Quinones "My
belief is that fitness should be a lifestyle change, not
just something to do. When you workout, you should be
working towards improving your lifestyle and ensuring your
health for the future. So many health problems can be
avoided just by simply taking care or your body. Exercise is
a great way to improve your body, mind, and mood. I train
with the intent to change someone's life for the better."
Marvin Ronquillo "Train
the body, mind, and heart. Physical conditioning is useless
without developing concentration and dedication. Show
patience and persistence with yourself and others thru
martial arts."
Joanne Sabatino
"The key to true fitness, health, and wellbeing is overall balance, not just physically and nutritionally, but also mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. My goal is to help my clients understand that anything is achievable with a little persistence, dedication, hard work, and a whole lot of drive and desire. True fitness and wellbeing is a continuous process and balance that affects your daily life for your whole life."
Shelley Santarelli
"My fitness philosophy is to emphasize a balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness. This is the easiest and most efficient way to achieve one’s individual goals."
Edward Scott
"I believe in giving my clients the best workout “POUND
for POUND” to achieve the ultimate fitness results. Whether the sessions call for balance and core, a Crossfit Certified session, or an extreme cardio Bootcamp Class, I believe in being the best you can be
my motto is 'Go further, go farther, go harder… if not, why bother."
Rob Wrage
"I believe in healthy living in all aspects of one’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual life. Each
affects one other and therefore works with each other. When a person is in good physical shape, they will feel more confident, have more energy, do more things, and will be more successful. You have just one life and one body.
Take care of it, and it will take care of you. Remember the only thing holding you back is you."
