All Ball Toning:
Using a 55 centimeter stability ball, participants learn to use their
"core" or "stabilizing" muscles of the torso to improve functional
strength and develop strong postural control. Hand weights, Pilates
Magic Circle, small weighted balls, etc. may be used to sculpt and tone
the body
Basic Strength:
A strength class emphasizing proper posture, position, form, and
technique using light to moderate resistance. This is a great class for
those new to group fitness.
Strength and Stability:
This strength-based class uses stability
balls, bands, barbells and dumbbells to challenge the participant’s
stability, balance and strength.
The Full Body Pump:
All levels are welcomed to pump it up!
This full body weight training class is geared toward toning and
strengthening.
Body Sculpting X-treme:
Join this class that’s designed to move you through an extra hard full
body workout and exhaust every part of your body to a new level. This
experience will not disappoint you!
Dumbbell Conditioning:
Non-stop action using only dumbbells to condition and strengthen your
entire body. Move in every direction functionally and traditionally. |
Lower Body Meltdown:
55 minute leg and core workout that’s
sure to melt you down!
Total Body Burn:
Get stronger and build yourself up by using body bars, dumbbells and
weights. The reps in this class are guaranteed to totally burn your
body out! All levels welcome.
The Core:
Go way beyond just working your abs.
Condition your entire core musculature. See and feel the results with
this 30 minute class.
Core Method:
Body sculpting
that combines elements from classical dance (ballet) and back
strengthening exercises into a low-impact system of concentrated
movements and deep muscle conditioning. This class firms, lengthens and
shapes muscles to their optimal form.
Pilates w/ Props:
Traditional Matt Pilates with the use of
Pilates rings, balls and light weights.
Pilates X-press:
Traditional Matt Pilates condensed into
power packed half hour routine.
Power Yoga:
A vigorous vinyasa yoga
class meant to physically and mentally challenges you. This practice
can increase strength, endurance and ability to focus on any task for a
long period of time with out breaking your concentration.
