This Tae-Bo-styled workout will
challenge your upper and lower body and every muscle in between. Cross
train your muscle groups and teach your body how to move in new and
different ways.
Kick Box Express:
Kickboxing with a fast and extreme intensity, mixed with high level
aerobics.
Cardio-Strength Mix:
This dynamite combination of cardio and
strength is taught either in segments or interval style. The instructor
may incorporate anything from multi-impact aerobics and step, to jump
ropes, weights, bands, and fitness balls.
Cardio Challenge and Jump Rope Jam:
This cardiovascular challenge combines multi-impact aerobics and intense
jump rope intervals to energize and challenge your cardiovascular
endurance.
All Cardio ‘Circuit Style’:
Get ready to sweat with this heart pumping cardio challenge. This class
will include jump rope, multi-impact and sport specific moves circuit
style.
Interval/Circuit Class:
This athletic style cardio and strength
class will be taught circuit style. The instructor will use strength,
aerobic and plyometric movements in order to build strength and stamina.
Kick Box:

Aerobox:
Don’t get hit, get fit with a total body
workout using rhythmic movement from boxing. Develop stamina and
agility through rope skipping and fast paced footwork. This workout is
for both men and women. |
Powerstrike:
The fusion of a karate/kickboxing
workout that combines authentic martial arts movements and energizing
music. Integrate martial arts kicks, punches, blocks and footwork for a
fierce calorie burning experience.
Cardio Challenge:
Be prepared for anything! This
cardiovascular challenge can combine intervals of multi-impact aerobics,
kick boxing, step and/or jump rope. Leave it to the instructor to
surprise, energize and challenge your cardiovascular endurance.
Jump! Rope Burn:
This dynamite combination of cardio and
strength is taught either in segments or interval style. The instructor
may incorporate jump ropes, cardio and step, to weights, bands, and body
bars.
Hi-Lo Conditioning:
55 minutes of super intense multi-impact
aerobics at its best!
Cardio Groove:
Get your heart thumping using dynamite,
lo-impact dance moves but with a hi-intensity energy. If your body
wants to groove, then this class is for you. Its cardio dance at its
best. Have fun!
Hip-Hop:
If you enjoy hip-hop flavor and dance
moves from the latest hip-hop videos, you will love this aerobic
combination. This class includes energy mixes from your favorite hip-hop
and R&B songs. |
