Deeper and stronger stokes allow our massage therapists to target sore or overworked muscle groups more effectively. Deep tissue massage not only helps to decrease workout recovery time, it prevents muscle tension and tightness.
Sports
These specialized massage techniques are used to help repair muscles that are overworked during exercise or sports. A combination of Deep Tissue, stretching and Swedish massage helps your muscles repair faster, increases your flexibility, prevents further injuries and helps aid in recovery time.
Pre-natal
There is no better time for a woman to connect with her body and her baby than during pregnancy. This massage will therapeutically help improve circulation, strengthen the immune system and enhance overall bodily functions.

Hot stone therapy (80 min. service)
Soothe tired muscles with the warmth of an ancient Hot Stone massage. Warm oils are applied and heated basalt stones and are placed on key points of the body to help melt your stress away. The energy-balancing properties in the stones help your muscles relax, calms the nervous system and increases circulation.
