ProClinix Sports Physical Therapy Chiropractic Wellness, PLLC gladly accepts assignment on most major insurance carriers. Deductibles and co-payments may be the patient’s responsibility based on coverage. All policies are verified, and patient financial responsibility is fully disclosed before treatment may begin.

Our professional staff:
Dr. Alan H. Siegel, D.C. founded ProClinix and currently works as the company’s Director of Chiropractic Care. In developing the company’s health care model, Dr. Siegel’s main purpose was to provide outstanding patient care and achieve positive clinical outcomes. After 13 years in practice, Dr. Siegel, the former Director of Neuromusculoskeletal Care at Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue Center for Comprehensive Medicine, has determined that the best approach in treating, stabilizing, and preventing further health problems was combining multiple treatment modalities including chiropractic, physical therapy, nutrition , dietary and lifestyle modifications. This formulation of care continues to shape the way health care will be delivered for the remainder of the 21st century , shifting the focus from “disease management” to “prevention of disease” and natural healing treatments.
Chery A. Sun, DPT, is the Director of Physical Therapy. Dr. Sun received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitiation right here in Westchester County at the New York Medical College and continues to work at the Westchester Medical Center. With ProClinix, Chery continues to master her expertise specifically with orthopaedic , trauma and sports injury related conditions. Chery understands that patient recovery and post-operative rehabiliation is as important as the surgery itself, and is often referred to by leading Orthopaedic Surgeons in Westchester County. As an expert in the field, Chery has also served the local community working as a on-site physical therapist and trainer for local high school athletic programs. Chery has completed serveral post-doctorate educational cerifications which has further enhanced her diagnostic and therapeutic knowledge base.
Nicole Mattina Fiore, MSPT, is the Assistant Director of Physical Therapy. Nicole has returned to Westchester County, after serving as Assistant Director of Physical Therapy at a well regarded outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation facility located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Nicole has extensive experience treating a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. She has successfully rehabilitated many types of clients, including but not limited to, marathon runners, professional athletes, and everyday people with aches and pains. Her favorite types of patient’s are those who are motivated to return to their prior level of function. Nicole has also enjoyed the privilege of being the clinical instructor to several students fulfilling their physical therapy clinical rotations. She participates in extensive continuing education which keeps her on the cutting edge in the field of physical therapy.
Linda Nguyen works as the company’s Practice Administrator. Linda received her Bachelors in Business Administration from Iona College and has spent much of her career in healthcare management. With the ever-changing health insurance industry, Ms. Nguyen continues her education in healthcare practice management, billing and coding specialties. Linda has a passion for fitness, health and wellness, and is currently studying and training for a certification in Traditional Pilates.
