This cardio-respiratory workout is appropriate for all levels. Participants follow the instructor’s verbal cues as to when to increase the speed and/or incline in order to keep them in their proper target heart rate zone. Participants control the level of resistance. Classes are 55 minutes long. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to spinning® classes to ensure a proper set-up. Spinning® bikes are given to members on a fist-come, first-serve basis. Availability cannot be guaranteed for those who arrive late. Spinning® shoes may only be worn in the spin room.

RACE TRAINING: Come and
train indoors for your outdoor race in the off-season. The
instructor will incorporate the training you will need to get
through the winter. Non-Racers welcome.
STRIDE: 45 minute cardio
class taught on the treadmill. Participants follow the
instructor's verbal cues as to when to increase the speed and/or
incline.
STRIDE X-TREME: 45
minute cardio class taught on the treadmill. Participants follow

and/or incline, with added intervals of bands and/or weights.
