Etiquette at THE GYM
It’s our job to make your Group Fitness experience at THE GYM both safe and enjoyable. This is why we request that all class participants enter the class on time, in order to take part in the warm-up.

Please Be Courteous
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to SPIN™ classes to ensure a proper set-up. SPIN™ bikes are given to members on a fist-come, first-serve basis. Availability cannot be guaranteed for those who arrive late.

Attire
To ensure an effective workout, all members are asked to wear proper workout attire and sneakers. Jeans, boots and sandals may be worn outside of class. SPIN™ shoes may only be worn in the spin room. Soft Studio classes may require members to be barefoot. A place is provided for your footwear.

In addition, cell phones may be used in the lobby area, only. Bags and coats may be kept anywhere in the facility, except at the Juice Bar or in the lobby area. Bags and coats may be stored in the locker room.
